Sophie was born on Valentines Day 1994 and grew up in Ayr in bonny Scotland. Sophie attended PACE Youth Theater from the age of 9 attending weekly classes and going to every holiday workshop she could. It was here everything changed.
Sophie after discovering her love for acting, decided to go on to studying Acting. Sophie trained originally at Reid Kerr College of Performing Arts (now UWS) were she graduated in 2013 with an HND in Acting and Performance.

Since graduating Sophie has work for various different theatre companies appearing in many productions touring around the U.K.
​
In September 2018 Sophie decided to take another big leap and delved into being a student once more at The MGA Academy in Edinburgh where she is currently studying her BA (Hons).
